The Horton Plaza parking structure in downtown San Diego is like this. There are two sets of stairs. One set takes you to the even-numbered floors and the other takes you to the odd-numbered floors. My friend and I were going down the even-numbered stairs when we realized we were parked on the fifth floor, so we pulled a Marty McFly and jumped to the other set of stairs.
