Back to school time for all you little dudes and ladies out there.  

Some years, I felt like I was going to be the bear.  Most years, though, I ended up being the fish.  Especially that year I tried rocking the sweat pants one grade too far.

Good luck, though.  Keep your head up, or down, whichever is safer.

You don’t want to work here.  Weird vibe going around today.  Waymond just screamed at someone, well, it might have been Montez doing his Waymond impression, but either way it freaked out the whole office.

Good thing Alice was on a smoke break, or S would have hit the F and sprayed S all over the O.

Decided to watch CATS after finding that sweatshirt this morning to see if it’s something I want to rep. I’m about halfway through (1998 performance, directed by David Mallet) and I can’t decide whether I like it or not.

It’s definitely pretty fucking weird. Ders was sort of right about being creeped out by grown - ups dressed in cat costumes who are singing and dancing. Some of the songs are pretty catchy though, “Skimbleshanks; the Railway Cat” is especially good and Rum Tum Tugger is by far my favorite of all the cats.

As it stands now, I’ll probably put the sweatshirt back in the Starbucks bathroom.

I wish this was real.

I made Ders stop at Starbucks so I could use the bathroom on the way to work and when I was in there I found this awesome sweatshirt:

I asked if it belonged to anyone there and nobody claimed it, so now it’s all mine. I’m definitely going to wash it when I get home because I don’t know where it’s been. Ders keeps telling me that CATS is really stupid and that he won’t be seen in public with me if I wear it, but honestly any play where humans dress in cat costumes sounds pretty cool to me.

I’m still really mad at Karl for abandoning me before Burning Man, I may never actually forgive him. However, I got a call from him today and he apologized and told me that while he was trying to climb onto one of the floats he slipped and fell and broke his arm. He felt that it happened because of what he did to me and that it was karma.

I don’t know if it was karma or the fact that he was probably drunk and on a lot of drugs, but it was nice of Karl to apologize. Also, he said he brought me back a surprise and that I would “flip out.” This is turning out to be a pretty good day.
